enjoy an hour of yin yoga, a practice designed to slowly, deeply work the connective tissue, bones, joints and ligaments. balance the movement and go-go-go yang energy of everyday life with the slow, mindful yin yoga experience. students will hold poses longer than usual to allow the body to relax; there are no standing/balancing poses. $20 dropin, no additional charge for members.
